CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING CANCELLATION

  1. The booking shall be confirmed only after receiving the booking amount by the Seller who will then provide the property documents to the Purchaser
  2. The Booking amount shall be collected by either Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque or Card payment or UPI.
  3. The booking will be valid for 7 days from the date of Booking confirmation. After 7 days, the booking shall be automatically cancelled and the booking amount can be claimed from the Seller at any time by the Purchaser.
  4. The booking amount shall be refunded either through Account transfer or Cheque or UPI only.
  5. 100% of the booking amount shall be refunded if the booking is cancelled and the Purchaser provides the given documents back to the Seller
  6. In case the Purchaser fails to provide the property documents back to the Seller, Rs 1000/- shall be deducted from the Booking amount.

AGREEMENT CANCELLATION

  1. If a client wishes to cancel the agreement, no refund shall be provided. The cancellation shall be processed immediately upon request.
