Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.
Job Responsibility:
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
- Making calls by targeting the right clients
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Understanding client requirement and suggesting our relevant site
- Convincing client for site visits
Skills Required:
- Communication skills (English preferred and any other language)
- Convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification: Graduate,
- Exp – 0-5 years (preferred in Real Estate)
- Flexible to work in weekend
- Salary – As per market standard [Salary + Attractive incentives]
- Working days – Wednesday to Monday, Tuesday off.
